Founded in 1996, Welltruth Asia Trading Co., Ltd. began its journey in the trading sector, offering internationally renowned brands such as Honda, YAMAHA, BMW, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, as well as automobiles from BMW, Benz, Toyota, and construction machinery from Japan's Kato and Hitachi. These products were distributed to markets across China, Vietnam, Japan, and beyond.

In 2002, New Century Motorcycle Co., Ltd. was established, marking a new chapter for the Group as Welltruth Asia Trading Co., Ltd. was officially renamed Well Truth (Holdings) Limited. New Century Motorcycle Co., Ltd. expanded the Group’s portfolio by continuing the sale of globally recognized motorcycles and automobiles, while also establishing a motorcycle assembly plant in Nanning High-tech Zone, China. In 2005, over 100,000 “UNION”-brand motorcycles manufactured in China were exported to markets including Vietnam, Indonesia, and Cambodia.

Sales of cosmetics and skincare products

Guangzhou Huijun Trading Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. Since its inception, the company has focused on import and export trade, serving as a supplier to leading platforms such as JD.com and providing imported cosmetics and skincare products from renowned international brands such as MEDIHEAL and JMsolution. In 2019, the company's total business turnover exceeded RMB 1.5 billion. Building on this success, Huijun Trading further expanded its operations in 2020 by acquiring a 50% stake in the Annabella brand.

Today, the company’s scope has broadened to include the import and export of bulk commodities such as refined sugar, frozen meat, soybeans, corn, frozen seafood, rice and other grains, petroleum, minerals, drones, and more.
